What we do

Thirteen services, one engineering standard

Build, run, or staff — most engagements start as one of these and grow into two. Every page below tells you what the work involves, how we sequence it, and what it typically costs before you have to ask.

How we work

The same four stages, every engagement

Discovery

We start by understanding the business problem, the constraints around it, and what has already been tried. Sometimes that conversation ends with us recommending something cheaper than a project.

Strategy

A costed, sequenced plan with the risky parts identified early — not a proposal that defers every hard question to the build.

Delivery

Work ships in increments you can see running. Priorities can be reordered between them, and each one leaves you with something usable.

Operation

Monitoring, iteration and an agreed response window once it is live. Software that is left alone quietly becomes next year's legacy problem.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people arrive with a symptom rather than a specification. Describe what is going wrong and we will tell you which of these actually addresses it — including when the answer is none of them.
