BPO SERVICES

People for the work that needs judgement, automation for the rest

This is staffed work, and we will not pretend otherwise. A trained agent chasing an overdue invoice or handling an angry customer is doing something software still does badly. What has changed is the tier underneath: intake, routing, transcription, data entry and first-line triage are increasingly automated, so the people you pay for are spending their day on exceptions and decisions instead of typing. Teams are operational in days rather than months, and cost materially less than hiring the same capability locally.

What we bring to BPO Services

A blended model, described honestly

Automation and AI assist remove the repetitive tier — classification, data capture, drafting, summarising a call history before the agent picks up. Trained people handle judgement, escalation and anything a customer will remember. Anyone selling a fully autonomous back office is selling you a pilot that somebody else will have to staff in six months.

Accounts receivable is our strongest desk

Chasing money is a discipline: the right contact, the right sequence, a record of every promise, and enough persistence to keep going after the third ignored email. Our AR teams work your ageing report daily, escalate on rules you set, and hand you a clean picture of what is genuinely collectable versus what needs a different conversation.

Running in days, not months

From signed scope to a trained agent on your systems in three days, because the vetting and the training material are prepared in parallel rather than in sequence. The constraint is usually your side — access provisioning and process documentation — and we tell you that up front so the clock starts honestly.

Quality is measured, not assumed

Sampled call and ticket reviews against a scorecard you approve, calibration sessions so scoring stays consistent between reviewers, and reporting on the metrics that matter for the desk — resolution rate, promise-to-pay conversion, first response, error rate. You see the scorecards, not a summary of them.

Security built for offshore staff

Locked-down workstations, work performed inside your systems rather than copied out of them, least-privilege access, no client data on personal devices, background checks and signed confidentiality agreements before day one. Access is provisioned per person and revoked the day somebody rolls off.

How we can help

What our bpo services covers

01

Accounts receivable & collections

Ageing-report management, payment reminders, dispute chasing, promise-to-pay tracking and escalation to your team when a customer needs a commercial decision. Agents work in your accounting or billing system so the ledger stays the single source of truth.

02

Customer service

Email, chat, phone and social handled by agents trained on your product and your tone, with escalation paths agreed before go-live. Coverage can be business hours in your time zone or continuous across shifts, depending on where your customers actually contact you from.

03

Technical support

First and second-line support for software and hardware issues — triage, reproduction, documented workarounds and clean escalation packages for your engineers. Agents keep the knowledge base current as part of the role rather than as an afterthought nobody has time for.

04

Administrative & back-office support

Scheduling, order and document processing, CRM hygiene, quoting support, inbox management and the recurring internal work that quietly consumes the time of people you hired to do something else.

05

Data processing & document handling

High-volume data entry, extraction, validation and enrichment. Where automated extraction can carry the first pass we use it and put a person on review, because the failure mode of unreviewed extraction is confident, plausible and wrong.

06

Bookkeeping & accounting support

Transaction recording, bank and card reconciliation, accounts payable processing, expense handling, month-end preparation and organised records for your accountant. We support your finance function; we do not replace your accountant or file on your behalf.

How we work

The engagement, step by step

  1. 01

    Scope & volume assessment

We work out what the desk actually handles: volumes by channel, peaks, average handling time, what currently gets dropped, and which parts genuinely need a person. The output is a staffing plan and a cost comparison against your existing arrangement.

  2. 02

    Process capture

Our trainers spend time with your team — on site where it is warranted — documenting how the work is really done, including the exceptions nobody has written down. That document becomes the training material and the quality scorecard, and it stays yours.

  3. 03

    Team selection & vetting

Candidates are screened for the specific desk — collections experience, technical depth, language and accent for voice roles — then background checked and put in front of you if you want to meet them before they start.

  4. 04

    Onboarding & access

In the first few days: systems access on your terms, security briefing, tooling configured, and the escalation contacts agreed. Nobody handles live work until access is least-privilege and the confidentiality paperwork is complete.

  5. 05

    Pilot & calibration

The team runs a bounded slice of real volume first while quality is reviewed at a much higher sampling rate. That is where the process document meets reality, gaps get fixed, and thresholds are agreed before we scale to full load.

  6. 06

    Monitoring & improvement

Weekly quality reporting, monthly performance review against agreed metrics, and a standing list of process improvements — usually automation of whatever the team is doing most repetitively. The point is that the same headcount handles more each quarter.

Why ScaleUp

Why teams choose us for bpo services

Operational in days

Rapid onboarding is a process we run constantly, not a claim. Vetting, training material and access provisioning happen in parallel, and we tell you which dependencies sit on your side before the clock starts.

Up to 60% lower operating cost

Against the fully loaded cost of hiring the same roles locally — salary, recruitment, management overhead, desk, tooling and cover. The saving is largest on volume roles and smaller on specialist ones, and we will model your actual numbers rather than quote the headline.

Trainers who come to you

For larger engagements our senior trainers visit your workplace to learn the workflow and the culture first hand. It is a meaningful cost to us and it is the single thing that most reduces the awkward first month.

Scale in both directions

Add heads for a seasonal peak and release them afterwards without redundancy processes or a hiring cycle. Your commitment is to the desk, not to a fixed number of permanent employees.

FAQ

BPO Services questions, answered

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Yes, for standard desks — collections, customer service, admin, data processing — because we keep vetted people available and prepare training in parallel with contracting. That assumes you can grant systems access and give us a few hours with whoever currently does the work. Specialist roles requiring product certification or regulated training take longer, and we say so during scoping rather than after signature.

Tell us which desk is underwater

Usually it is collections, the support inbox, or a back-office job that has quietly grown past the person doing it. Send us the volumes and we will come back with a staffing plan and a cost comparison against what you spend now.
